He also offered that if I felt I was mechanically inclined and had the time to do so (not needing the files immediately), It was easy enough to do the process myself which would save me a great amount of money. Adi took the time to explain the process to me and provided me with the one item I would need to purchase online (this was not something he tried to sell me from his business) at a very small fraction of what he would have charged me to do the work. I ordered the item needed, received it the next day, and had the files downloaded the day after I spoke with him.
