She really knew what she was doing, and she was actually feeling my muscles, not just going through the motions of a routine. She felt how tight my back and shoulders were and she worked on them until she softened my knots. I was able to get in right away when I called. She was friendly and had excellent customer service! I cannot wait to come back.
