I just moved to Fallbrook and my office staff recommended Dr Jones who’s literally next building over. Dr Jones was very warm and personable and gave me great advice on being a new business owner in town. It’s the first time I got in and out as a new patient under an hour. I’m used to waiting for almost an hour just to get placed in a room with our pets. That was the next best part of our visit. Dr Jones also said my dog has impeccable teeth, which makes any dog mama dentist super happy. Obviously coming back here because they’re a nice neighbor :) and I know I won’t lose a half day bringing my pet in.
Dr. Jones is always very kind and caring. He also pursues ongoing education to stay at the top of his field and to keep his accreditation as an animal Hospital, not just a clinic. The office staff is also very nice and efficient . Dr. Valdez has dealt with my Sphynx cat that has a bad attitude and he didn't even act offended by her "spiciness". From the moment you arrive, this hospital is a pleasure to deal with.
I am so grateful to Dr. Jones and the entire staff for saving my 5 month old dachshund from an intestinal obstruction. Every person on the staff is so caring and kind. Dr. Jones is compassionate and generous with his time dropping everything on a weekend to help. If I could I would give 10 stars!
