I have used the service since 2020, when I first bought my home, there was definitely a problem with the roaches. They seemed great at first.But the longer I remain their customer, the lazier than become. Not clearing cobwebs in the most obvious areas...I just had my service done and I noticed a bunch of little bugs all over my patio cushions that were against my house. I sent a video granted I sent it on a Sunday, so I was not expecting to hear back, but then Wednesday rolls around and still nothing I called and all they would say over the phone was yeah I don't know I don't know I didn't sprayer cushions and I said it's just the seating that's by my house ironically, so what about spring behind the cushions against my home and obviously that was not done they don't lift a finger....So I said, are you not going to come back and solve it and the answer was we do not go to Brentwood until next month so basically I wasn't getting the feeling that they were determined to get it right this time.So I called and said if I am too far away for you to service, then maybe I shouldn't have you as my service and they said OK goodbye will take you off and hung up .... I checked my email I didn't get anything so I called back and I said can I at least get a email that we talked and if you're closing my service an email stating that so that I know I don't get charged again and she says Yep will do and she hung up again.

We had a terrible problem with birds nesting under our solar panels. It was so bad that we had weeds in our gutters, as well as debris blowing off of the roof onto our patio and dog run. One of our dogs ate some debris and nearly died. ZAP cleared debris from our roof and yard, they cleaned the panels and then installed netting around the panels to keep the birds from coming back. They were professional, flexible and worth every penny. Fantastic service.

Zap has been fantastic. I live in San Ramon and have been using Zap for about two years for my own house and for a rental property in Dublin. Initially, both houses had cockroach problems; Zap zapped them immediately without foggers or sprays; two years later they've never come back. In addition, any time I see any pest, they came for free and zapped them within 24 hours. No more ants, no more black widows, and they sprayed my awnings for wasp nests whenever I asked. The technicians that came out were always incredibly friendly and not creepy (very important to me since I am female and live alone). I finally decided to cancel because I haven't had any pests for many many months, but have a feeling I will reinstate in the summer when pests typically come back. I was shocked at how easy it was to cancel. I called and they canceled both accounts without complaint and without a hassle. No hard sales job, just thankful for my Business.
