The front desk folks are helpful and welcoming, and both of the aquatic therapists are amazing! The fact that they even offer aquatic therapy is awesome, and not too far from my home in Vallejo. The care I've received here has been excellent, every time. If your insurance covers it, I definitely recommend Body In Balance.
Like G.Brown said, it's a great experience, but I've only been there one time. Justin is great, my only critique is that I think he wears fake Jordan's. Robbie is great, he's a very nice guy, but he almost reminds me of the dad from "Full House." Davidson is a patient, and knowledgeable person, and he wears well-fitting pants, and it doesn't hurt that he looks like he's out of a 90's boy band. Overall, I would highly suggest Body in Balance!
I just want to say I have been going to Body in Balance for PT for my knee injury. I have found them to be friendly and professional. I really enjoy my sessions with Robbie and Justin! Their Tech Davidson is always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They have made PT a positive experience for me and I actually look forward to going. I have seen an increase in my strength and flexibility and a significant reduction in pain. I would highly recommend them and the staff at Body in Balance (FF and VV) to anyone in need of physical therapy.
