My furnace went out about a week ago, and I called Superior Mechanical based on a friend’s recommendation and they did NOT disappoint. Michael was so helpful and accommodating, and luckily got a technician to come to the house the next day, which is so rare these days! The tech put on booties without me having to ask and was polite and quick. Figured out what was wrong and surprisingly got it back up and running later that day. Between the good customer service and efficient tech, I would 10/10 recommend this small family owned business over the other money hungry giants.

They have really helped us with our thermostats and new zone board and ensure that the AC and heating works effectively and efficiently for our entire home. The technicians and customer service work very hard and highly recommend them!! :)
