This company is essentially a scam. My insurance covers 70% of the costs a CPAP machine, but Super Care charges so much above the market value that even paying only 30% it would have been cheaper to just buy the machine out of pocket.

The people who work here are totally mentally slow you will die in their care AVOID at all cost …If you deal with dispatcher Alex trust me you’re talking to a ghetto person ..also never request or have Jonathan Guerrero to set up any equipment or assistance last time he came to my house he was high smelled like marihuana when he came into my house

Not everyone deserves this rating. Honestly, I have worked with many 5 star people at Supercare, and I honestly don't usually review places, but my goodness, the customer service people are the rudest most dismissive people I have worked with. There was *something* messed up on my son's discharge paperwork somewhere, and no one seems to know what is going on-- and they are super combative when I bring up missing supplies and I have gotten three different supply lists that I am supposedly supposed to receive.I am beyond furious. Give me a straight answer. Pretend that we are starting from scratch and tell me what a trached, vent dependant baby is supposed to have, and I will let you know if we have it.
