Noah was the plumbing technician and he was very thorough checking all possibilities to our problem. He came to our facility quickly and diagnosed our problem in a timely and efficient manner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Roto Rooter for great service.
Yesterday I had a main line drain blockage that caused 3 inches of disgusting water flood my downstairs bathroom when my daughter took a shower. As soon as we got the water to stop I called Roto Rooter who sent Eddy out within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and obviously knew his job very well. He explained every step of the way, cleared the line quickly. He proceeded to drop a camera down the line to show me the condition of the line in both directions out to the street and into the house to the toilet.
