Overall Amanda was very forth coming and guided us through the entire process.
She prepared us that the hospital would be aggressive in providing where our loved one would go and provided us her detailed info in advance which prepared us emotionally. She was extremely empathetic, she listened, and she really drove what is a very hard process for a family with a caring heart. We truly would have been lost with her and appreciate all the support!
When I lost my dad, his affairs were a WRECK. I had no idea what his wishes were, who to call or what to do. Watching me struggle through that, my mom contacted Neptune, selected what she wanted and even paid in advance to make things easier for me when her time came. Her passing was awful; sudden and totally unexpected. As I sat in total shock in the ER with her moments after she passed, all I had to say was “Neptune” and everything else was handled for me.
Admittedly, the process took longer than I expected. They kept me informed along the way and have been very supportive providing resources to manage my grief.

I was so happy to have made arrangements with Neptune prior to my husband’s death. The process was seamless and so much help when you are not thinking clearly. I highly recommend them.
