I've been to SF, Vacaville, Cotati, and this is the best ME in this area. I know the brand as a whole has gotten a bad rap for being difficult to cancel memberships, but when I had an issue with mine during COVID, the GM at this location personally called me & worked with me on a fair solution. I hadn't been in for awhile and had credits on my account. This is the only location that has ever proactively reached out to me to get me in for a massage seeing I had credits to use. All the therapist's here are really great, never had a bad service here. The front desk is really great and does there best to put you with a therapist to fit your needs. I highly recommend this location!
