I have had multiple dealings with all the HVAC industry vendors in the area & MY opinion is that JOHNSTONE SUPPLY in Concord, CA is, BY FAR, the best vendor in all the Bay Area. Sure, some parts are a little pricey... but, I am completely amazed their WILLINGNESS to help: Whether it's searching for OEM parts (for MOST models, Carrier, Goodman, Rheem, Lennox, Payne, Trane, Bryant and more...) or offering lower priced & comparable after market replacements; Whether it's delivering the parts to you, placing Will-Call orders for you at other locations, or, showing integrity by directing you to their competitor's store if they know that that vendor can... read full review

I used to shop here daily since they first opened and had nothing but a good experience with the friendly guys working at the front desk to the manager always offering refreshments during those hot summer days . Very knowledgeable staff and very well organized Store . Hands down to the best HVAC supply in the Bay Area
