William came & in an HOUR, cleaned my entire downstairs carpeting back to almost new! My 20 yr old, heavily stained white berber (I know, terrible choice) was gray & spotted everywhere from spot cleaning & using that useless store rented cleaner that breaks your back & makes your carpet worse! I'm in shock he could do all this in an hour, for less than what it would have cost me to rent a machine & buy all the shampoos. Bonus, my house smells lightly of citrus now. I was worried about a chemical odor, since I have a 2 year old running around. No strong odors left whatsoever.
