So this vet is a very good vet and very helpful. An definitely try to help clients who can't afford there bills with payment plans. But i just recently had a problem with a employee named makayla, i don't know if im spelling her name correctly. But she has terrible attitude, demeanor is terrible, an how she speaks to the clients is terrible. So with a establishment like that my only regards to them is they should definitely get her some more training. Because she can rub somebody the wrong way and everybody won't have the same patience i had with her an somebody might actually react an do something you that girl. Unfortunately not the same quality service as it used to be hard get a hold of...very limited time as well as personal care. You feel like you are pushed through quickly because there is no time for you or your pet. Not good feel to be in if your fur baby isn't well. I hope they fix their customer service practices and focus on their main priority and that is the care and quality service.
I can honestly say that there are bad vets and there are great vets. Barney & Russum took us in and treated us professionally. They weren't after the money like so many bad Vetinarian's are. Dr. Mack was great she explained everything to us and genuinely cared for our family member/pet. Unfortunately our Mia had kidney issues that were to far advanced. We had to make a tough decision to put her down. Dr. Mack and the staff were so helpful in finalizing everything which made it a lot easier for us.
