They were accommodating with fast appointment time. They were friendly and professional. They did run much later than they told me so I had to wait an additional 3.5 hours to pick up my dog which would be ok if they let me know before I went to the clinic. Their price for services was in line with what I found on the Internet. Except the medications cost about 2.5 - 3 times as much as what I see others charging. So I would be wary of buying the meds there, maybe just get the prescription and fill it at other places. I'm not sure how that works honestly.
We were very thankful with how well the staff communicated with us during our 9 month old puppy’s surgery. They called us step by step with things that came up with his surgery, like his hernia that they fixed. We didn’t get hit with any massive extra charges like most offices these days. We feel the charges were very reasonable for the extra procedures our puppy needed during his neuter surgery. He is happy and doing well. We are very thankful
It’s a long over due review. They were the only vet in our area able to accept my old pup for an emergency surgery. She had a fox tail that traveled deep under her skin. The staff here was amazing at communicating. The
doctor was very helpful in explaining the procedure and process. She called us once she was finished to update us. Fast forward 6 months later to now. My girls back to her good old self like nothing has happened.
