Joey from A-1 comfort heating and air provided me with exceptional customer service and quality work. We called him on Thursday night and early Friday morning he was at our home to fix our furnace which was not working. Our kids were freezing and it was definitely an emergency situation. Joey was able to identify the problem and fix our furnace after some brief trouble shooting. This is the type of service that we need and is really a rarity these days. Would highly recommend. Thank you again !
My mother needed a new furnace and AC because hers was very old and the ventilation that had previously been installed was done incorrectly. Joey and his team came in and not only fixed the errors made by the previous company but did it in a quick and efficient way. Through out the whole process Joey was very easy to communicate with, he responded to my calls and messages right away and let me know exactly when the work would be done and how long it would take. He also made sure to explain everything in detail so that I understood what the scope of work would be. My mother is in her golden years and doesn't like to be bothered at home with handymen, but when Joey and his team came she only had nice things to say about them. The crew were very kind to my mom while respecting her home and leaving the place clean and tidy once the job was completed. Very glad I hired Joey and his team before the summer heat rolled around now my mom is staying cool thanks to A-1 comfort heating and air.
