Honest and Knowledgeable--Highly Recommended!We have a through-the-wall air conditioner which started to make some new noises when turned off. I called JB Refrigeration. As it was not an emergency (not a hot spell), he came out a few days later and after listening to my AC, diagnosed the problem. We discussed several alternatives (being an older, cheaper unit and he wasn't sure he could even fix it), we settled on one (no repair) and we were done. I was impressed with his overall knowledge and the fact that he was willing to discuss a no repair option (for the time being and until it went completely kaput). This gives me time to research getting a replacement unit. He even offered to come back and help with the install if needed.In a heart beat, I would call him back if needed.

I called James on Tuesday (he was on vacation) and told him what I needed and he came to repair two refrigerators on Wednesday morning at 8:00. He knows what he's doing, he didn't waste time and he is professional and pleasant.

James repaired a leak created by G&C Refrigeration of San Pablo (who, btw, left two 1-star reviews for my restaurant - one of them under one of the owners' actual name, Eduardo Contreras, after being notified about the failure). He charged about an hour for what C&C charged $560. He also replaced a valve on my ice machine- again, fast and efficient, honest and reliable.
