“During the big storms this winter I had a tree in my backyard fall towards SMUD's lines that go through my yard. The Grove was very responsive and came out within a few days, even with all of the craziness of the storms. They removed that tree, and then came back later in the month and removed the other trees I no longer wanted in my yard and ground the stumps - all done very thoroughly and efficiently. When I went in the backyard after it was done, I could hardly even tell there had been trees there because they did a great job cleaning up. “Don't call on anyone else for tree removal. After the recent Feb storm, our 135 foot redwood was teetering over and close to falling onto the house. I called L Bell the next day and Miguel showed up within hours. He gave a reasonable estimate and the crew began working the next day. The did a great job of cutting down the redwood without damaging the nearby fence and did their best protecting the street while the cut tree parts came crashing down. I had them take out the cut redwood stump and a 10year old stump from a previous cut redwood. I can't tell two huge redwoods existed in that spot before. I am impressed. Steve C.“

“Did a great job on my towering magnolia last year. Glad I got it done when I did. The trimming and cabling kept it steady in the storms of Jan 2023 when the whole city was falling down. Their work was beautiful. Had a different company trim the trees in the back the year before and they topped every tree and "lightened" the trees in an ugly way. They were really cheap and now I know why. Definitely want to call Fallen Leaf back to trim the backyard trees next year.“
