The Rug Specialist (TRS) has cleaned carpet, tile and rugs for me. I am very satisfied with the cleaning of my rugs recently. I had dogs that used one of the rugs as their personal grass. TRS CLEANED AND GOT THE SMELL OUT! The rug was brought back like new!! The other larger rug looked new as well. Did I mention the rugs had sat in my garage for 2 years? I will use them again when the time comes. James is great to work with. He absolutely cares about his customers and his company's quality of work! Professionals all the way around.

My experience using the reg specialist was nothing short of excellent!! They did an excellent job and were very courteous and the job was done in a very timely manner!! I will certainly continue to use the rug specialist in the future!!

James and his crew did a great job on my two synthetic area rugs! They were friendly, quick, informative, and affordable. It was worth it for two of my favorites rugs that were pretty stinky and stained from pets. I tried doing it myself on the hottest day of the year and they just would not dry and then they stank even worse! I thought about just replacing them, but luckily I found The Rug Specialists. Support your local, independent businesses! NOTE: the entrance is behind the grocery store tucked next to Madison Mall Bingo. FYI, they also offer delivery and pick-up. Thanks again guys!
