Absolutely amazing experience with my daughter! She was anxious and scared before procedure of tooth extraction because of multiple unsuccesful attempts of treatments in another offices. Sydni is a wizard! She did everything for my daughter to feel comfortable, she explained all steps. Doctor was professional and did her job fast.
If you have a neurotypical child, this place is great! If you have a neurodivergent child, it's not that great. My son is special needs and even though the staff did a great job with the work that needed to be done, they didn't understand that my son has sensory issues. I understand due to those problems my son doesn't have great teeth but we are working hard in therapy to get him the help he needs. I felt mom shamed everytime I came here, they didn't understand we were trying our best. And for that reason I will not be back.
Super happy with this dentist! My daughter has been attending since her baby teeth first came in. She has a bit of anxiety surrounding the dentist, and the staff treats her so well that by the time she gets in the chair it all washes away! The staff and office environment are super enticing and welcoming! We could not be happier with the quality of care here. Thank you, Surfside!
