I have been a regular customer at this establishment for years. Unfortunately in the past few years it has been taken over by new ownership. Quality has sank to rock bottom. Here are some details of my most recent experience:
I had brought in 3 pieces of clothing, one pair of jeans (stained), one t-shirt (stained), and one t-shirt with a micro-pen-sized hole. I asked for the stains the be removed if possible & for the shirt to be repaired without making the hole more noticeable. Visited this dry cleaners over the years and appreciated them for doing a great job until my last visit. I had dropped off one of my expensive coats which I informed them to please take care of as it was my favorite. Once I received my coat back I received it back with the material coming apart. Also this coat went from a size small to XS and unwearable. The end of the coat is not straight as you can see in the picture. Sleeves are so short that my arms stick out. It’s a wool coat that should never be put in a wash. Thus why I come to the cleaners. Visited this dry cleaners over the years and appreciated them for doing a great job until my last visit.
