The class instructors are all very good The schedule is excellent the location is convenient friendly environment highly recommend the two weeks all you can do yoga special for $20 first time clients.

I was traveling through town for work. I'm so lucky I found this yoga studio. They have a terrific introductory student rate, a sense of community, laughter, and big big heart. I wish I had a place like this to go to in NY.Every single teacher is so different, and so dedicated in sharing their knowledge.

i've visited hot yoga at sunrise periodically throughout the years and always find myself coming back. the community is so sweet, and the studio itself is a hidden gem. always a good workout :)
