Very friendly and accommodating. My 5yo son gave himself a haircut two days before Christmas ?. Even though it was the weekend before the holidays, EJs found a way to work us in their schedule to rescue my son's hair. So grateful!

Denise was so patient with my 2 year old! She made sure he was comfortable with the clippers before she used them. She's the first person who was able to finish a haircut on my reluctant kiddo!The lobby is full of vintage toys and games. My son has plenty to distract him while we waited for our appointment time. We were seen promptly and the salon was clean.We've found our spot!

Our overall experience was good! Everyone working was friendly and busy. The reason I gave only 4 stars is b/c the hair cut is uneven. This was our first haircut, which I told them this several times. When I went to pay, I saw they usually take pic of the before and after and tie a lock of their hair up for you. We were offered an envelope with my kids hair placed it it instead of there cool print out
