“Let me tell you this business came through for my family when no one else would. I called 7 different cleaners before contacting hazel cleaners and that's only because I was going off a list. That list is gone, I've found my dry cleaning business. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning (3) 1980 vintage 49ers starter jackets and making them look brand new, but they had them done in 4 hours. The soonest with all the other cleaners I could get was Wednesday, and that was not in time for the big game tomorrow. I explained my situation and she didn't hesitate to go the extra mile and get the jackets done. I highly recommend hazel cleaners for every and all your dry cleaning needs. “Hanh did an INCREDIBLE job with my bridal gown! I got married in Tahoe this past weekend but live out of state. I flew in a month prior to the wedding to pick my dress up and found Hanh online for alterations because my bridal shop didn't offer alterations. She completed all of the alterations I needed (straps tightened, length hemmed) in just TWO days to make sure I could pick the dress up from her and try it on while I was still in town! She was also extremely affordable and the alterations price was much better than it would have been going through a bridal dress shop. I was expecting to have to fly back and forth multiple times for alterations, but she was so easy to work with. The dress fit amazingly and I couldn't have felt better on my wedding day! “From start to finish, the customer service here and quality of work is unmatched. I called to inquire how much it would cost to have my daughter's wedding dress cleaned and preserved. I spoke with Enoch and he was beyond helpful and informative. He explained the process of how they clean it and then box it after cleaning to preserve it, etc. Their price was very competitive compared to other well known cleaners in the area, i.e., Swanson's, etc. We took the dress in shortly thereafter, and met Enoch in person. He was super knowledgeable, and just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. The dress had heavy stains at the bottom, especially on the lining. We didn't hold high hopes that they could get them out, but Enoch was confident they could get most of them. He told us it could take up to a week to get it back. We were quite surprised, and pleased, the very next day, when Enoch texted me photos of how clean they were able to get the dress, and most specifically, the lining of the dress. We were shocked that they were able to remove ALL of the stains. He then FaceTimed with me so he could walk me through seeing the whole dress, from lace to lining. I mean, who even takes the time to FaceTime their customers these days?! That's above & beyond if you ask me. He told me the dress would be put in a preservation box, and ready for me to pick up the next day. We picked it up and couldn't be happier with the outcome and the whole process. And now my daughter has her wedding dress perfectly cleaned and preserved. I would highly recommend Vogue Cleaners for wedding dress preservation, and any dry cleaning in general. You will not be disappointed. And, as a plus, you will be supporting a small, family-owned business.“

I opted for later, and the lady had no issues with that, which made me feel a lot better. The way they removed those and brought it back to life is incredible. I had thrifted the shirt and was nervous it might be a lost cause, but it literally looks so good now. “I started going because I needed to have a suit I borrowed from my coworker dry cleaned, and have continued to go back for a few times now. I’m not sure the going rate for dry cleaning, but I thought it was reasonable. My work pants and shirts feel so nice after having taken them there. She also shortened a few slacks and let out the waist in one. They turned out perfect.
