Got an appointment with this company through first American warranty. After waiting one week for our appointment the day of they sent a text message saying they canceled our appointment and would get back to us in a few days. When you call the office no one answers This place is a complete joke!!
Got warranty work done on the house. One of the light switch would get very hot when it was on. The technician came out and fixed the issue. The switch was improperly installed and broken. Got a new switch and everything is good. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I filed a home warranty claim with Fidelity and was assigned to this company. This company is a contractor of Fidelity National Home Warranty. After I've schedule an appointment with them on Tuesday May 31, 2022 they confirm a tech will arrive between 12-4PM. I was very specific in what I've needed to be repair/replace and they assured me that the tech should have my parts. Once the tech showed up he stated that he does not have the breaker after 5-10 minutes and I would have to coordinate with the office to reschedule. A few days goes by and no reply from them. I've contacted them between 5-10 times and get a voicemail that their voicemail system is not working correctly and they are doing everything in their power to rectify it so texting is an option and they'll return my call as soon as possible. Still no reply from them, I finally got a hold of a live person on Friday 6/3/22 and she stated that the part will be arriving on Monday 6/6/22 and the tech will be at my house to replace it between 8am-12pm on Tuesday 6/7/22. Around 11am on Tuesday 6/7/22 I've tried calling the office and get the same voicemail that their VM system is still down so I've contacted the tech and he stated that he does not have me on schedule at all. After all this I've contacted Fidelity Home Warranty and they stated that my case is close because they would not replace/repair my breaker because it's deemed abused by me and they will not refund my deductible of $75 because they tech showed up and my repair was not part of the terms. What good is a home warranty if they can't replace a breaker? Fidelity National Home Warranty and their contractors are crooks that will steal your deductible even though no repair was done however they are willing to replace my panel for $4200 because the tech say it's due for an upgrade. This is my second bad experiences with FNHW within six months and it's the same results, shady contractor closing the claim even when nothing is repair/replace. First and Last time with FNHW and their ZERO STAR CONTRACTORS.
