Attended a Christmas Craft show as a vendor. Very beautiful historic building. A group of women supporting different non profit charities. Great place for weddings and private events.

A rare slice of Exeter historic life in a building under the watchful eye of the Woman's Club. The ball room accommodates 140 people un-crowded at round or rectangular banquet tables and chairs. All supplied in the rental contract. A theatrical stage for bands, music productions or head party goers sits at one end of the room. A full kitchen off to one side gives your caterer an ample area to set up and serve. The gated garden area can be used for extra seating or a small ceremony. HV/AC modern status. Call and book early. The schedule is full far in advance.

It was clean and a nice venue. Was there for a family members funeral. Was told usual time out of there would be 3 but no problem if it went long, as long as it was by 5. At exactly 3pm we were rushing people out the door and throwing things in cars to get packed up because the lady was there to clean and we had to go. Wish we had more clarification because it was a little upsetting to not get to talk to everyone since we had to tell them to leave.
