Something was stuck in the toilet drain and it wasn't flushing properly. I called roto rooter and they came out to auger it. They were here for 15 minutes and charged me 150 bucks. The issue was not resolved so they told me it was going to cost 400 dollars to remove the entire toilet. I called OBD plumbing, he came out the very next morning, and used an auger and cleared the drain in 10 minutes. He saved me over 300 dollars, was extremely nice and professionally, and is now my go-to plumber! Thank you Darrell!

OBD helped bring the Jefferson Community Center back on line (one toilet at a time). When the whole scene seemed overwhelming Darrell just kept plugging away...one toilet at a time, one leaky faucet at a time, one commercial kitchen at a time, one children's center at a time. We didn't get an operators manual when we bought this 20,000 sq foot 1941 school building. Darrell mapped our systems, and got us all dialed in and operational.
