I was going to Sprouts and was desperate to get my eyebrows waxed so just went there Incase they were taking walkins. Phan was amazing and everyone was polite and friendly. I would give a 7 in cleanliness out of 10.The job performed was very thorough and Phan made sure it was perfect which I loved. What I found weird was that all the prices were with a suffix which said "and up". Basically eyebrows and upper lip was 15 and up. How much up are we talking about. I felt like the place lacked transparency. Since they are trying to maintain their quality,an assurance on how much the client is paying should be a plus. I'm new to Rancho. Walked in today on a Whim. I am so happy I found this place. It's clean. The employees all smiled and were warm and Welcoming. Cindy Offered me a mimosa. Yes please! Cindy pulled her tools out of a new bag. Which I appreciated. Places are so gross these days. This will for sure be my new go to spot.

Friendly and always welcoming. I love their complimentary drink service. Every time I come here I automatically unwind and get in a relaxed state. They do great nails that last long. Love Tami.
