I have had the best experience with these plumbers. They’re fast, knowledgeable, and very reasonable with pricing. They really care and take ownership of the issue. They’re trustworthy to be in your house. We will definitely use these plumbers going forward.
Very clean and professional with respecting our house rules. Both gentleman put on booties over their shoes and the wheels on their electrical snake drum! We were so pleased to have them in our home. My family and I will most certainly use Zoom drain again in the future for any plumbing issues if more arise. ?? Thank you.
Zoom drain was very professional from the moment I called until the moment they left. Josh and Stanley arrived right on time and cleared a drain pipe underneath my kitchen sink. They were very professional and polite and explaining what they needed to do and what the cost would be. They got the work done very quickly. They were careful to wear booties in the house and wipe down all surfaces including the floor where they had done work. I give them a big thumbs up and a high recommendation.
