I have used Dr. Walwick for 4 or 5 years. Recently I fell while trying to catch my cat in the yard. Several days later I was having intense back spasms. I called and learned I hadn't needed an adjustment in 3 years! This was true despite having suffered other, more severe falls in the interim. He adjusted me yesterday and I am already at least 90% better. I am well on the road to recovery today and expect to see him only as often as is needed to get past the residual stiffness. Both the infrequency of my visits and his immediate effectiveness when I do see him together serve as a strong testament from personal experience to the power and accuracy of his adjustments. First, not needing his help for slightly more than 3 years despite being very active and, to my chagrin, somewhat accident prone (for example: like Bill Murray in "Groundhog Day", I suffered a misadventure trying to disturb a gopher in its natural habitat - our garden! I fell off a 4' high retaining wall and needed medical attention but no adjustment!). Second, that despite painful and violent muscle spasms yesterday, he was able to put my sadly-out-of-shape septuagenarian body into a state of near-normal physical comfort with the first session
