To put it simply they were amazing! My wife and I took over the management of Forest Gardens MHC a couple weeks ago and at that time the front gate was not working properly and the timer was a mess. I was told by our owners to call Vortex and have them come out to take care of the issues. The only reason we used Vortex this time is because my cousin works for them in AZ. But we will never use them again. They are way over priced for what they offer. Then the have the gall to call my cousins office to complain that he is going to install a opener that I purchased elsewhere on his own time. That he is (taking work from them) really? You should be thanking him because he is the only reason we used you in the first place. Well never again. You lost my business and our three properties in San Diego. I will make sure to let my opinions known in next months mixer for North County businesses also.

Do not use. Found through Angie's list. Refused to give price quotes over the phone. Refused to give an invoice after repairs were done. Charge over $200/hr for labor! And another $300 for materials. Easily was no more than a $300 repair. BEWARE! Very shady company.
