“We took our cat here for emergency. He had severe and acute cardiac issue and we believe VSH offered him accurate prognosis, best possible treatment, and attentive care. Dr. Borgman, Dr. Coberg, Alexis and all other amazing technicians demonstrated great expertise, understanding, and unwavering empathy to both us two humans and our cat. Alex and all other front desk crew provided us with all the information and help we could use.

We are absolutely devastated with the outcome, but we do not regret a single bit taking our cat here. Sometimes I cannot help but think modern science is overrated (cynical, I know) and there are still so much more we need to figure out.

Nevertheless, I believe people here try their best to save lives, and that is a sacred and most respected cause.“

Being an overweight dark-skinned black woman (yes, it matters) adds a special level of anxiety when going to a doctor's office. I've never been afraid to voice my concerns or ask questions. I've always been taken seriously and treated with respect. I highly recommend this team! As far as the office: plenty of parking, always clean, coffee cart outside, most services you'd need are in the building, nice staff all around.“

“I am a frequent flyer at this urgent care due to my work schedule. I have never had a problem at this urgent care. I am always treated with respect & leave satisfied with getting what I need.
I've also almost always taken my kids here, sometimes to confirm broken bones, etc.
We all have always been taken very good care of by all the staff & providers. This location is convenient to me & I am glad they are so close to me.“

“I had an unfortunate accident with my thumb cutting it nearly off. This urgent care had amazing staff and they were so friendly and supportive. I was in and out in a short amount of time which was unexpected. I’m appreciative of the staff which is why I’m actually writing this review, thanks guys for stitching up my thumb and understanding what a baby I am haha.“

“The staff here in the cancer treatment room are all excellent. Parking is the problem. The parking structure is dangerous: narrow lane for 2-way traffic (which is shared with pedestrians),no lighting so it's like parking in a cave and spots so narrow that many are unusable because cars are often parked on the line.“
