Our Navien tankless water heater started giving error codes, so we contacted Town and Country Plumbing, and Gabriel came out the very next day. He was friendly, honest, and very straightforward throughout the entire process.
What impressed us most was that Gabriel took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of rushing to a quick fix. He explained everything clearly, fixed the problem efficiently, and the pricing was very reasonable.

Gabriel has done an outstanding job, on a call that had some surprises. On time, a call before arriving, very knowledgeable about the situation, Town&Country never lets you down.
I was referred to Town and Country by a neighbor I met on NextDoor who helped me do some initial troubleshooting with my tankless water heater (thanks Joe). I then had Town & Country come out and Abel was able to properly diagnose and fix a clogged condensate drain.. bringing my Noritz tankless back to life and not charging me an arm and a leg for the service. This company is the most honest of all plumbing companies I've experienced. I will definitely only call them in the future and highly recommend them for their honesty, fair pricing and knowledge.
