Happiness is ... the first rainfall after my brand new roof went up and not having a care in the world! This has to be one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. From my Project Manager (Francisco) and his fantastic communication every step of the way to the crew that did a beautiful job replacing my old roof. I am very happy with the work they did and every aspect of this project.

I received a number of quotes from various of the most highly rated roofing companies in San Diego. I had seen a project that Sylvester Roofing recently completed which was a standing seam metal roof. My home needed the metal roofing replaced, and from what I learned from the previous experience, is that not all roofing companies know how to do things right. Sylvester provided a competitive quote, had my project expedited, and always showed up on time every day. The foreman was Francisco. A stand up guy who only knows perfection. The is the place for all your roofing needs. The Staff is great! They'll have you in and out as they did with me. They delivery through 3PL and what do you you...There is Tabson Xpditor (a 3PL logistics) Van there making an early morning delivery pickup.
