well the experience started off on the right foot other than them giving me a seizure from one of the machines flashing because lots of people are ignorant to epilepsy but I was nice and let it go and found 2 pairs I loved........ so when it came time to pick up my 2 pairs of glasses only one pair was ready after over 2 weeks and I had to call them they never called me........ I find out only the lenses for my 2nd glasses showed up and they have no idea what happened to my frames I picked out after looking through all the options...so I asked them to find the frames or order the same ones for me again please that was the 1st time I called. they said we'll call the next day to let you know if we find them if not order new ones...... non of that happened they didn't do any of that... I called today they said they would try to order them and I could come pick out new frames if they can't order them... but I already told them I didn't want new ones like 3 different times because I've looked at all of them already... they just keep saying the same thing every time I call but not doing anything... so now this last time I wasn't able to be nice anymore... once again they're looking into ordering the frames I want... fingers crossed they actually try to order that same frame this time but I'm not holding my breath... its really frustrating when you need them and spent a lot of $$$$ money... my experience has been disappointing.. ⭐⭐ stars
