Sattva Yoga Center is a beautiful studio with an amazing ambiance, offering an authentic yoga experience in Escondido, North County. The experienced teachers, including KeilaRae, David, Sylvie, Junko, Bloom, Jill, Michele, Carey, Kelly, and Maria, provide consistent encouragement and support, meeting students where they are in their practice. Classes begin and end with chanting, and a sound bath is offered during the final shavasana. The studio also hosts 7 pm classes four days a week and full moon circles every month. With a welcoming atmosphere and reasonable pricing, Sattva Yoga Center is highly recommended for anyone seeking a genuine and enriching yoga practice.
