I initially called Royalty Plumbing to replace a toilet. A friend suggested that I try to replace the internal tank parts myself. I called Irvin and asked to cancel the service call, which he did. I have to say, I was extremely impressed by him. He was understanding, friendly, well spoken, helpful, honest, reasonably priced and had all the qualities that are so lacking today. A heck of a nice guy. If I'm successful or not, I will be sure to call Royalty Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
Royalty Plumbing did a great job with my tankless water heater flush. Irvin came out right on time and was very upfront about any concerns about the job. He was able to complete the flush very quickly and was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend him for anyone in the area!
Quite possibly one of the worst times to ask someone to do a big project, is the night of a holiday weekend, taking people away from their family. They delivered on everything and were undeterred by the flash storm and hail despite us asking them to come inside for a bit of reprieve and shelter. Beyond their service, I'm more impressed with the grace they gave when it was time to collect when payment became an issue. (My most embarrassing fear came to pass, and they were gracious enough to let me save face) While I don't wish anyone any plumbing emergencies on anyone, if ever that happens. Irvin is your only answer.
