Planned Parenthood - Escondido Health Center

I’ve had very positive experiences with the providers and staff at this location. Ashley brown (provider) is the only provider I’ve ever encountered in my entire life who actually cares and listens to my woman issues I’ve had since I was 12! She is so empathetic, professional, and friendly. She really works hard to figure out what is going on and is quick to refer me out if needed. The other providers are amazing too but I’ve only seen them prior to the issue I’m having. The medical assistants and office staff are super nice and professional too. Made an appointment and was treated well. Idk what's up the the low reviews. I went to the vista center and I didn't have as good of an experience there. I'll be going here from Now on

Expect to wait an extra 30min on average for appointments, 90min for walk-ins. They are a smaller clinic. The manager did come out unprompted to apologize for the wait and gave everyone snacks. I saw a lot of rude people complaining about the wait.
