Our bestest boy Joseph went to the vet today. He doesn't have a great relationship with the vets because his first experience was going to the shelter after coming from an intense hoarder abuse situation as a puppers. Next round was getting neutered which was at the worst vet I've ever been to. He's been healthy until this ear infection (which his breed is prone to). I searched and searched and found a new vet to try. Hands down LOVE THEM! Today was a great experience. I felt confident and safe with Joe in their care. When I first discovered this wonderful veterinary service, I had trouble getting through the phone lines to speak with the staff. After I became a regular, I realized they are more than worth their weight in gold. Any, and all problems, with phone contact are nothing compared with the value of the veterinary services. No hidden costs, affordable, and trustworthy.
My cat was limping Saturday morning, called when they opened, answered right away. They had no openings, but asked if I could drop him off and they would squeeze him in between patients. Doctor really cares about the animals and not all the fees that can be charged. Worked with me on payment. My daughter recommended them because they are so good with all her animals. Looks like we have a new vet!!
