Horrible service and the staff is inept and unprofessional.The staff tells falsehoods and gives you the run around on why appointments are canceled without notice. When you ask for a supervisor or hospital administrator you are sent to a phone tree. When you get someone on the phone they apologize profusely but are unable to explain why the appointment was canceled without notice. This is only one of the many incidents with Neighborhood Healthcare. It is run like a hospital in a 3rd world country. BEWARE!

Horrible service. My mother has been trying to be seen here for over a month and her appointments keep getting canceled and she's told her primary care has stopped taking new patients, so she is forced to a new doctor. This happened with two different doctors. Now we're just trying to get a copy of her lab results and the staff promise you they're going to call you back, or promise you they're going to email you the form and it never gets done. This place is absolutely atrocious if you actually need anything done.

Waited longer than an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment. Not acceptable. More than 10 people came and went. Really ridiculous, horrible customer service as well when asked what the issue was and why it was taking long.
