“Sal was great! My 12.9” iPad Pro was water damaged and wasn’t turning on. He gave me an honest assessment of the damage and didn’t make any unrealistic promises just to get my business. He isolated the power issue and was able to get it repaired at half the cost of what one of the big name stores would have done it for. For those wondering “is it worth the money to repair or should I just buy a new one?” My experience with Sal is that it is absolutely worth considering a repair. Sal was a great communicator and sent me pictures throughout the process. Sal was really good about listing out the other failures and giving me options to determine how much I wanted to fix. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me. The cellular capability and wide angle rear camera were non-functioning, but I don’t use those features enough to justify the repair. The screen had minor damage, but he actually recommended I take a look at the screen myself before paying $300 to replace it, and I’m so glad I listened as I can hardly tell! Finding a good electronic repair technician is like finding a good, honest mechanic, and Sal is the real deal. I will be coming here from now on for all my electronics repairs as I’m confident I’ll be getting the best service for the best price.“
