Lady at optometry front desk with black hair is snacking, bags under her eyes, texting on her phone and I'm sitting here watching her demeanor how she spoke to me or the other patients. Not a good first impression. Other lady with lighter brown hair was very nice.
Kaiser Permanente Optical Center in Escondido!!! AMAZING! I usually only go to this facility for prescription pick ups, just because the San Marcos location is much bigger. When I booked my optometry appointment, I was glad it was at this location, as it is closer to my home. I was not sure what to expect, as I had never had any doctor visits at the Escondido location. Upon entering, the facility was clean and inviting. The staff was attentive and quick to help me. I received my eye exam from Dr. Ortiz was WONDERFUL. Another awesome location, looks like a Mexican hacienda! All white with the palm trees and that patio...my first couple of times and so happy with place and patient and customer service. Easy to park, as there is plenty of parking. There are 2 levels, my optometrist was upstairs. My new eye doctor was so beautiful and kind Iranian, very recommendable. The people working in the eye shop flawless treatment and quick too. Seems fast paced as I saw all the seats filled with people trying their glasses on. I got a new pair that I am already rocking and the good news that my myopia has improved!
