Lee is an awesome person to start with. I went in for a trim and style and he worked some magic! This is 100% my new hair guy... he saw a few pictures, we talked it out and he gave me suggestions, then he went to work. I just watched National Geographic and tried not to fall asleep while he blow dried my hair lol. He's very inexpensive (1/3 of what I'm used to paying) and I'll be back for highlights soon.

I just can't keep this hidden gem a secret any longer! Lee deserves the recognition. This is the only place I would go to get my fabulous haircut. Always feel like a celebrity! And Yes, I would drive all the way up here from San Diego to get my hair cut!! Well worth the drive because Lee is a perfectionist when it comes to what you want. He is always up to date with the current style and hair products. Honestly, you wouldn't want to go anywhere else once you have been to JTS.

I've been dreading getting my hair cut because the last two times, the stylist ended up cutting it totally uneven. And whenever I wanted to go to a salon, it was by appointment only. I came in today around 11 am and Lee was able to squeeze me in around 2 pm. First, he took a look at my hair and took notes of what needed to be done and he explained how he'd do it. Like on a previous post, if you're not a talker, he won't make you talk. He ended up putting on Discovery Channel while he cut my hair. He added legit layers. By legit, I mean he parted my hair several times and took the time to layer them out. Glad to say that I've found my favorite salon in Escondido!
