We were told my son would be next and to come back in 15 minutes. I expressed my concerns as we didn't have a lot of time. We were told it wouldn't be a problem. We came back in less than 15 minutes. We proceeded to wait more than an hour while they took two other patrons ahead of my son (looked potentially like other regular customers or friends) and two barbers sat in the back room and chatted, instead of helped the three would be waiting customers. Will never wait again for a wannabe trainee.

Overall, a great haircut the barbers their do an amazing job paying attention to detail and giving you exactly what you want and for $12 can't beat that anywhere else ... but don't let the boss lady cut your hair or she'll mess you upp. unless you want a buzz cut in that case you'd be good

Fast, efficient, reasonably priced awesome customer service!!! Definitely recommend!!! As a woman you never want to be judged for your preferences. I prefer a shaved head but tried to get the back on my own and definitely needed help! Walking into a barbershop as a woman not easy but Peter assisted me and was so helpful and so nonjudgmental and truly made me shaved head look beautiful and feminine!!! Thank goodness there are great barbers that understand barber doesn't equal man - thank you to everyone at the shop!!!!
