Had my Sprinter Van towed to them from a Mercedes dealership I originally bought it at roughly 100mi away. They had it for 3 weeks and couldn’t / wouldn’t fix it due to going into limp mode after putting the same size tires on it that were on every other Sprinter on their lot.. These guy’s were referred through another company as being the guru of programming for these vans and proved to be true.. Communication was easy, especially with having to coordinate getting the van towed that far from home. They completed the work in roughly 1.5 hrs as previously stated and I got to drive it home that day.. Definitely gained my future buisness and referrals!!!
Amazing communication, " Dusty ", was very knowledgeable about My transmission and even makes videos about what he's done so it feels very transparent. I had a 722.9 transmission sensor failure and he managed to fix it right away. I opted for a new conductor plate regardless and was cheaper than one bought out new and programmed. He's got my visit next time
Dustin,, everything went great, i finalize the install on my Mercedes and ooohh surprise, it's alive!!!! it's running smoother than i taught. at first the shifting was a little rough but in no time the shifting was so smooth now. thank you very much for your help!!! ??
