Last week Efrain and his team worked on our main house. There was a lot to do, and we had interviewed a few companies and chose Efrain because of his knowledge and the price was very reasonable compared to some other quotes. To bring our house into the 21st century, their team demo’d the front arch and squared it off, installed the front door, removed the trim around the windows and garage door, installed lights on the arches and garage, painted the vinyl windows black, and painted the main house to match the ADU.
