We have been with GCBS for just over a year. We purchased our commerical building and GCBS was referred to us by our PM in the early stages of construction. Although we received 2 other bids, one of which was competitively priced, the decision was very easy after meeting with Leo, the President and CEO. His committment to his business can be understood clearly when you get to interact directly with him or his employees. Our building is a better, cleaner and more enjoyable place to work becuase of Leo's committment to his clients and to his employees.
