When my Mommy sadly passed away recently, my family thankfully chose Diego Cremation. Nick is one of the most caring, professional and kind souls I’ve met! He understands the pain one is feeling and actively listens to you with a sincere heart! Nick never pressures you and throughout the process actively helps you. Nick is a pleasure to work with especially through such a difficult time. When he states, “He treats your family members that passed on like his own family,” he means it! Highly recommend. Thank you Nick for taking such great care of my Mommy! ❤️?❤️
I'm very happy with their service. Nick treated me with empathy, compassion and, most of all, respect. Nick was very responsive to my questions and needs all the way through the process. More affordable than others. Everything was done in a timely manner. Nice touches too, such as a velvet bag for the ashes, as opposed to a cardboard box we received from another service for my dad, and when I said I could come pick up the ashes, Nick offered to bring them to us at the house, which he did.
