“Woah! Let me just say David is the best. I contacted Silver Lining regarding preneed. He explained it, and I said to myself, "This is the right place. I can trust them" The issue is that I'm deaf, in a wheelchair and transportation is also an issue for me. David said we could do everything through text via phone. Which worked perfectly for me. He made everything easy and simple and also answered every question I had. He also offered to help find a cremation place for my little senior dog, which I appreciate a lot. I understand most people are scared and dread the thought of ever having to contact a funeral home, but... the truth is we're all headed down the same road through different pathways of life. I'd rather get everything taken care of now. That way, if I pass away before my family, then I'll be able to die/rest in peace knowing I didn't leave them with the financial burden, and they'll be able to grieve in peace. David went above and beyond for me. He was very patient, kind, understanding, informative, respectful, and chill. I highly recommend Silver Lining to EVERYONE. Oh! I almost forgot to mention that if you prefer to go in person and you happen to be wheelchair dependent as well, then don't worry because his location is wheelchair accessible/friendly (ADA compliant).“
