Do not hire through this company, this is a sub contractor and they will send out a random carpet business they work with. We unfortunate got Dimitri and he "cleaned" our carpet. It's now smells worse than it did and they do not give refunds. Dimitri charged me to help him bring up his equipment because I'm on the third story in my apartment and offered a discount if I helped him. This company's website says "We use time-tested cleaning techniques that restore the freshness to the fibers and fabrics of your carpets, and your carpets will not only look great, they will feel and smell good as new!" Escondido Pro Carpet Care was exceptional cleaning our carpets. We were impressed by how quickly the cleaning of the carpets was and the ease of accessibility of the equipment could get to each room. The whole team provided extraordinary service. They handled all dirty stains properly. Of course they got them all disappear! Not only were we satisfied, we think they've got the best prices!

The crew that Escondido Pro Carpet Care sent was great! So good to see people who take pride in their job. Wonderful servicing and superb outcome! We never imagined the carpets in all 3 bedrooms would be fully restored. They look bright and clean! I also appreciate the fact that they use non-toxic products as we have a baby in the house. Would recommend willingly!
