I absolutely recommend Embrace Infinity!! I have been doing weekly HIIT, Kick Boxing and Bootcamps for months now... topped with sitting at a computer for work all day. Anka was amazing!! Tension Relieved!! Much needed and way overdue Therapeutic Massage was the perfect remedy!!
